Basic documents required for opening a currents account.
Resident Ghanaian:
- Ghana Card
- Passport Picture
- Proof of residence (any of the following):
- -Ghana Post digital address (should be same as on your Ghana card) OR
- - Utility bill in applicant's name (not more than 3 months old) OR
- Proof of employment (for only salaried applicants) evidenced by:
- - Payslip (not more than 3 months old) OR
- - Employment contract
Ghanaian living abroad:
- Valid passport (bio data page) or Ghana Card (front and back)
- Address confirmation (any of the following):
- - Utility bill in applicant's name (not more than 3 months old)
