He holds a degree in Information Technology and has built a solid foundation in internationally recognized standards and best practices, including Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Privacy Frameworks, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Mr. Coffie possesses extensive hands-on experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics, and investigative techniques. His professional development includes specialized training and certifications from institutions such as the Cyber and Investigation Bureau, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and the e-Crime Bureau.
